This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games and applications published by SimfoGames («we», «us», or «our»).
1. Information We Collect
• We do not collect personal data such as your name, email, contacts, calendar, photos, or microphone recordings. • Depending on the app, we use third-party services (such as Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Google Play Games Services) that may collect device information, usage data, approximate location (city/region), and advertising or device identifiers for advertising, analytics, and game features. • Some games send anonymous gameplay statistics to our own servers: level ratings (like / dislike), attempt results (solved or abandoned, number of moves, hints, time spent), the game version and platform. This data is tied only to a random ID created when the game is first launched, which is not linked to your device or to you. You can turn sending off in the game settings. • In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information.
2. Third-Party Services
Our apps and games may use some of the following services. Not every app uses every service: • Google AdMob — ads; may use device information, the advertising ID, and approximate location. 3. How We Use Information
• To show ads and analyze app usage to improve our products. • To provide game features such as leaderboards. • To fix bugs and keep our apps stable. • We do not sell your data or share it with third parties except as required by law or as described above.
4. Children's Privacy
Our apps and games are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
5. Your Rights and Data Deletion
• You can request deletion of data related to our apps by emailing support@simfo.games.
